Description：
Work hands-on at client locations to lead the instruction and implementation of the Toyota Production System. Mentor TPS philosophy and principles to leaders of organizations in various industries. Demonstrate and teach and problem solving skills and methods. Develop clients' staff capability to practice lean management. Deliver cost savings to client targets on time and on budget.

Location：
This position will be based in China. Travel within China will be required to service clients. Willing to travel 75% of time, annual regional and global training may also require international travel.

Qualifications：
A minimum of ten years of direct experience working within a company that practiced the Toyota Production System (e.g. Toyota, a Toyota supplier or equivalent). Experience in consumer electronics industry is desired. Supplier development experience is desired. Excellent verbal and written communication Mandarin Chinese language is required. Fluency in spoken English is required. Fluency in spoken Japanese is plus.

Advancement：
This position reports to the Consultant Director of Gemba China. Advancement opportunities are available to consulting team leader positions.
